Today I experienced the kind of customer service that sticks with you. On one of the busiest days of the year, I walked in and asked for a corsage (yes… on Valentine’s Day 😅). I fully expected a polite “sorry,” but instead I was met with a smile and a simple “have a seat.” She made one for me right away without hesitation. The shop was buzzing with pre orders being picked up, people asking for bouquets on the spot, and phones ringing, and through it all every single staff member stayed kind, calm, and welcoming. No one was rushed and no one was made to feel like an inconvenience. The woman helping me was cracking jokes the whole time and had everyone around her smiling and laughing.You could tell they truly cared about making each person’s day a little more special. That kind of customer service is rare, and it’s exactly what makes people come back. I left not only with a beautiful corsage, but feeling genuinely taken care of. Safe to say I’ll be planning ahead next time… but it’s nice to know they can work a little magic when someone forgets that corsages aren’t exactly a Valentine’s Day staple 💐

My fiancé discovered this shop shortly after we moved to the area. Since then, he's been buying me bouquets from Petals because I mentioned they were one of the best floral arrangements and bouquets I had ever seen. I recently had the pleasure of watching one of your staff kindly build a bouquet for my mother-in-law who said it was absolutely the prettiest bouquet she had ever seen. The flowers somehow last so long (~2+ weeks!!) and always smell so beautifully. Price wise it's unbeatable, truly. Budget-friendly, beautiful, and always perfect!

I have to give petals and Maria 100% five star for this amazing business that she runs. She goes over and above for her customers. She even delivered my daughter, her flowers for her birthday well after her hours of closing late at night. She's an amazing lady. Definitely would highly recommend this flower shop. I placed an order on-line on a Friday night to congratulate my daughters best friend on the birth of her baby. They emailed me a picture of the most beautiful bouquet, chocolates and teddy that were being delivered at 1:00 pm Saturday. The bouquet was the prettiest flowers I’ve ever seen, it was stunning! They also followed up with an email letting me know they had been delivered. The attention to detail keeping me informed and showing me the bouquet goes above and beyond any other florist I have ever dealt with. They are the only florist I will ever use in the future in the Niagara area.
