Super happy with this location as well as their employees. On February 19th I was struggling to find a crate divider and a crate tray replacement for my foster dog. I had called the store while I was at work asking if they could place it an item on hold for me, the employee at the time I was not able to get their name was able to assist me and placed the item on the side. I ended up picking up that item later in the day and it turned out to be the wrong size so I called the store back and asked them if I would be able to return the item even though I had some difficulty putting it back in the box and the employees were extremely understanding and considerate of the situation. When I came back to pick up the correct size tray and divider the two ladies who were working that evening were extremely helpful with me during the exchange process and we're extremely kind to the Foster dog that I had with me when I came to exchange the items I couldn't be happier with the service of this location and I will happily continue shopping at this location in the future. The team of this location is delightful to have and has extraordinary customer service

We recently adopted a rescue dog so I've gone to Pet Value on Fitch Street Welland numerous times in the last few weeks. Yesterday was again a fun experience. Every time I pop in, I'm always asked if I need help with anything. They're always helpful with making the right choice. Yesterday, Jamie was amazing with my search of specific items. He asked to see a pic of my dog and the whole staff engaged in fun conversations about each other's pets. Always a pleasure visiting this store.

So, we’re getting a Bernese Mountain dog puppy and we need stuff. Our first stop was Pet Valu on Fitch St where we met store employee Rebecca. She was absolutely fantastic. Rebecca helped us pick out what we need for the big day when we get our puppy. Her knowledge of puppy training ideas, products to stimulate our puppy’s brain development plus fun toys is excellent. The store manager, Tim, was also there and he was just so nice and genuine. They make a great team. We felt so welcome at this location. We returned to this store the other day to look for a travel crate for short trips with our puppy and met another employee. Older gentleman, like myself, and he too was a joy to speak to. He helped in picking out the correct size for our needs, at least for a few months as our puppy grows. I can’t see ever going to another pet store. We will be lifetime customers at this location. The team here is very helpful and friendly, they take the time to get to know their customers and their pets. Dealing with my picky Pomeranian with allergies isn't easy, but they take the time to listen to my concerns and help me find the right food. It’s great to shop somewhere where the staff is knowledgeable and truly cares about your pet’s well-being rather than just making a quick sale.

The staff here is extremely knowledgeable, personable and accommodating. I went in with one particular item in mind to purchase for a rescue kitten who had fleas. One of the staff members whose name I currently cannot recall assisted me with not just the product I came for, but provided further insight into supplemental products that I may need in the future. I walked out knowing way more than I thought I had figured out as a pet parent about how to keep my new family member, my children and my household in optimal condition.
