Really not friendly staff at all, let's say first time there and last. Pet stores aren't only dogs and cats really. Not very understanding or helpful.

I just got home from taking my three pups in to get their nails clipped and everyone there was super friendly and helpful. The nail groomer was super sweet, patient and gentle with all three of my pups (especially considering my male was less than a cooperative whiner). She did a phenomenal job! After their nails were finished the store associates helped me find some good quality, nutritious treats, dog/puppy chews and even a new doggy bed. Again, the care and service received this evening was second to none. Well done girls! I wish I could give this review 10 stars ⭐️ 👍👍

Stacey was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. I went in with so many questions about wet food, pumpkin for cats, etc and she took the time with me to answer every single one. She walked me through all the diffrent wet food options, and told me the benefits of each one. I left with litter, pumpkin, and some wet food. Thank you Stacey for answering all my questions!!

Spent $75 on toys and a bag. I don’t mind spending tons of money on my pets I love them. Problem was with the two faced & rude store associate. After I gave them my money, did not even say a simple thank you and on top of that watched me bag my own items. It’s the associate’s job to put stuff in the bag not mine. Furthermore, the demeanor changed entirely when I mentioned I was visiting from the United States which was unacceptable. This was a gross experience overall. Associate wasn’t wearing a name tag or uniform either (very unprofessional)

This is a one of the best Pet Values I have been in and have frequented plenty from Ottawa to Windsor. I actually live within 2 kilometers of another store and drive 15! minutes to use this one. Everything is excellent from the staff to the facility. The staff is especially good and make you feel welcome, supported and generally happy to have you spend your money there. They are also knowledgeable about the products that they sell and will take all the time you need to ask questions. The bathing area is well stocked with towels, dog treats and an excellent assortment of various shampoo's and conditioners.
