It's me Brian me and my Cally are regulars they know us by name when we walk in and even when we call they they know us lol great to deal with great selection they know our pets name we even adopted 2 cats from them great customer service I wish they had more than 5 stars I would give 20 stars sam allysa the best as well every one

The staff is amazing here. Always greet me and my dog with a smile! We use the bath station and it is always clean and ready for us!

This store is well stocked with a variety of good quality items for your pet and I have made many purchases here. Staff greets you with smiles and are anxious to help you out immediately with whatever you need. If you walk in with your pet, a staff member will always make sure they get a treat. However, there is one person that works here that doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the people working at this store. Heather never greets you with a smile and always looks as if she doesn't want to be there. When you ask her for help it is not done with a smile nor courtesy, and even when you have purchased something she still has that scowl on her face. I've never heard her once say, "Bye! Have a nice day", nor "Hello! How are you today?" When she's around I don't like being in the store because she makes me (you) feel like she doesn't want you there! She's also the only one that has never given my dog a treat, not even when a purchase is made. She definitely does not fit in with all the others. This is the only complaint I have; otherwise, this is really an excellent store to shop for your pet(s).

We came here last month for our dachshund's food. Old lady working at night gave us great suggestions after listening to our pet's situation. Price is not so cheap but overall it is nice and easy to explore for stuff that you need. They also started selling Orijen and Acana dog food which are Canadian made and many people have recommended us. Although I do not think this will be our main mostly because of the price, but I think we could give them some good food after another. Has large parking lot which is free, great customer service with membership system to save some money, clean and organized environment, has a shower place for dogs where we can try different products and clean our pet with less backpain. Sometimes they have activities for pets in the store. Definetly coming back especially when there are special deals.
