I have been going to Pet Value for years but have not had any customer service until recently. One staff member, Kate, gave excellent service to me regarding my change of dog food. Update: yet again Customer Service is rated 10 out of 10. I had to return dog food without a receipt and there was no problem at all. Very nice girls at service desk.

I have been to this location several times and my dog and I have had Excellent customer service. They are very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I went shopping here for my new puppy. It was the best experience. The owner, Angie, was very helpful and provided us with so much information. She recommended some great Canadian products and didn't try to oversell us things we didn't need.

I cannot say enough good things about this store. Every single staff member is pleasant every time, helpful everytime and very knowledgeable. We put our pup on raw a week ago and they gave us plenty of information and were avaliable via phone or in person for any questions we had. Rudy loved getting all the attention and we always look forward to coming back to this location. Great selection too. Rudy says thank you to all you lovely ladies!!

I was looking for a tough ball my dog would not chew through and got the best recommendation from the staff for this red spiky ball. Chester is obsessed with it and has not let it go all day. He is even sleeping with it in his mouth. Thank you for making him happy.
