Great place to give your dog a bath. They have a raised tub, with steps for your pup to get up and in. A very affordable option to "going to the groomer". Supplied in the modest fee is, the space, water, towels, cloths for face washing, assortment of shampoos and blow dryer. The tub is equipped with tie loops, like they use at the groomer so you can use 2 hands to get the job done. I also have to commend the staff for their knowledgeable assistance and friendly attitude towards customers using the facility. This was a first for my pup and I... we will visit again.

What a disappointing interaction with the employees at this location! I have been spending my money here for YEARS!! I ran out of kibble for my dietary issue dog and got to the store at 5 p.m on Sunday on the dot. I understand that the store closes at 5:00, HOWEVER, I was begging the girls in the store to please let me in for a bag of food... (As they stood at the counter) and they refused me.... So now I ask, what kind of customer service does that??? It wasn't even 5:05... well, I will tell you, NEVER AGAIN WILL THAT STORE SEE A NICKLE OF MY MONEY!!! I WILL ABSOLUTELY TELL EVERYONE I KNOW TO AVOID THIS LOCATION!!!! If I could give you zero stars, I would in a heartbeat!!!

We just brought a new dog into our family, so we took her for a 'Do it Yourself' bath, a new collar, a new brush, and dog tags. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Prices were reasonable.

I love bringing my puppies in to use the pet wash. It is very convenient and towels/shampoo are offered. Staff are very friendly and helpful, even going to the point of offering to help me with these two. Staff are very knowledge if you need help with purchasing options also!

While the store is nice and kept clean the "new" dog washes are terrible. The shampoos were insanely watered down to the point of one of them being just water. Both of the baths must use the same water source since when you run both, water pressure drops dramatically and the hot water goes ice cold. The blow dryers use cold air which does not dry them properly and both of them are broken. The one has a part broken off which makes it eject from the wall and the other the nozzle is not attached properly and has copper wire that scratches you when you try to use it. It is a nice service to have but I recommend going to a different pet valu to do your dog washing.
