I can’t say enough good things about the team here! Everyone is so helpful and friendly, they take the time to get to know their customers and their pets. Dealing with my picky Pomeranian with allergies isn't easy, but Kathy has been helping me for years. She really takes the time to listen to my concerns and help me find the right food. It’s great to shop somewhere where the staff is knowledgeable and truly cares about your pet’s well-being rather than just making a sale.

The 1st time at PetValu Grooming in Fonthill. It was not a happy experience for my Shihtzu who is usually a very sociable, energetic girl. The attendant was not patient with her & there were 4 other dogs waiting to be done & 2 other groomers. She had a short clipping & wash & was glad to leave there. Next morning her eye was half closed, diagnosed by our Vet as an eye infection requiring antibiotics.

If this had a zero star I. would choose that. I went in to fonthill location at 9:00 am on jan 2/26 to purchase some treats for my dog. I had some questions for the clerk and she was not friendly at all. She made me feel like i was bothering her and you could tell she did not want to help me. She was vety short with me. This person was very arrogant and should definelty not be working there. She even laughed at me sarcastically. I asked for her name and she refused to give me her name. I hope whoever is the manager here will have a word with her and give her some good customer service lessons.

Knowledgeable Staff! I had a great experience at Pet Valu recently! I was looking to switch my dog to a new food, and the staff were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took the time to ask about my dog’s needs and recommended a food that’s been perfect. Both my dogs love it, and I’ve already noticed a difference in energy and coat health. I really appreciated the personalized service—it made all the difference. Highly recommend this store for anyone looking for quality products and caring staff
