My husband and I have been customers of Rachel and her staff for several years. We love the professional but personal treatment we receive. Rachel is very knowledgeable and honest. She will let you know what looks good and what doesn't. She has never steered us wrong and we've always been very happy with the choice she's helped us make.

Personal Optical is fantastic! I had seen Rachel on CHCH doing her thing and was quite impressed by her. So after 30yrs it was time for new glasses and she was the only one I was entrusting with this mission. Rachel and her team are incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. She truly goes above and beyond—she takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure you feel confident in your choices. The selection of frames is great, and the service is fast, professional, and genuinely fun! Oh yeah, Dr Frank was awesome as well even if he’s a Leaf fan! I’m extremely happy with my experience and Highly recommend them!

Great experience, fixed my sunglasses. No issues at all. The lady knew what kind of glasses I had in my hand before she even held them. I needed an arm because I was missing one. She replaced them within minutes. She was very polite and helpful.

We always have great personalized service from Rachel, Bonnie and staff. There are many stylish frames from which to choose and help making the best choice. My husband’s new prism lenses are amazing, allowing him to see the tv and drive with confidence.

I found these folks from a Google search and liked the reviews I saw. I sure am glad I decided to check them out! Comfortable space, very friendly and personable staff who take the time to get to know you. Found a new set of frames I really like on my first visit (that’s usually rare) and got squared with my new specs in short order. I’m very happy with the service, the price was right, billing via benefits was a breeze, and they even went out of their way to help me out when my new glasses got a scratch two weeks in. They work best by appointment, which I like because they focus on you. This is the only glasses store I’ll be using from now on, and I very highly recommend Personal Optical to anyone who wants prescription glasses.
