I went there today and got 2 perfumes, lady at the register was very helpful but when I came home and googled the perfumes, I realized one of them (Lattafa Eclaire Pistache) was almost double the price. She discounted and open box from $84.99 to $75 but it was available on Walmart and Amazon for $49.29. I mean I do get it the small business and all and I’m not trying to me a pain but just cuz ur small business that does not give you the right to take advantage of your customers. Everything is nice about this store except for some stuff being overpriced. Apologies if my words have come across harsh, I genuinely just wanted to express how my experience was. PS- I lost the receipt but I have the transaction from my bank in case you think I’m lying
View on GoogleFRAUD--NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE----WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- Bought RC car for my son as new year present, my husband opened the box for him infront of whole family and the battery was missing from the box. I bought separate batteries for remote control as they were not included. we went to the shop and the lady asked to wait 15 minutes, then she said we can not exchange the toy car, the owner/ manager was on phone, he said u guys are lying and he cant provide a battery that was missing from package and he cant give us same car for exchange. He was mad screaming worst customer service
View on GoogleSTAY AWAY!!! I am extremely disappointed with this store and the experience I had. I went in to return a toy car I got for my brother, expecting it to be a simple and return, but it quickly turned into frustration. The toy did not come with a battery, and this was not clearly explained or communicated at the time of purchase. There was no warning on the packaging or from the staff when I purchased, which made the product essentially useless once I got home. Package says it comes with that battery READY TO GO, For something already overpriced, this felt misleading and unfair. Employees were shouting at me and the so called “manager” that was going off over the phone was really disrespectful and clearly isn’t a salesman, maybe better off as a trash guy. Probably suit him better. Lastly they claimed I used the car and I don’t know how slow they are but I can’t operate a car without a battery. Just like humans can’t work without a heart. NEGATIVE RATINGS NEED TO BECOME A THING! NEVER BUY FROM THIS STORE. BE SMART WITH YOUR MONEY AND YOUR MIND PLEASE. STAY AWAY!!
View on GoogleIf I could give this place zero stars, I absolutely would, even negative stars if that were possible. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at Perfume Palace. First of all, the prices here are very overpriced for what you get. Recently, I purchased a remote-control car for $50, and the employee working there explicitly told me that everything was included and that it was ready to play. She even offered batteries for the remote control, which I purchased, reinforcing the idea that the product would work straight out of the box. To make matters worse, the packaging itself clearly stated “ready to play,” which reasonably leads any customer to believe that the car includes all necessary components and functions properly without additional purchases. However, this was completely false. Not only did the car not include batteries for the remote (which I already had to buy separately), but the actual car itself did not include a battery at all. This is misleading and falsely advertised. The most frustrating part is that I was explicitly told by the employee that once I purchased the remote batteries, everything would be fine. That was simply untrue. The car could not function at all without an additional battery, which costs another $20–$30. This is unacceptable, especially given how the product was marketed and verbally explained to me at the time of purchase. When we attempted to resolve the issue, we were told that no refunds are allowed, and they also refused to exchange the product because it was supposedly “played with.” That explanation is ridiculous, the car never worked in the first place. It was not playable. The fault lies entirely with the store’s misleading information and poor customer service, not the customer. Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The misleading advertising, lack of transparency, and refusal to take responsibility reflect extremely poor customer service. I will never be returning to this store and would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing anything here.
View on GoogleI have been in this store several times before with my sons, and have purchased products. The woman at that time was helpful and very personable. We were in the store for several minutes (Sun Nov, 2 2025) With no acknowledgement at all that we were even in the store. She was on her phone at cash and did not move at all, we were down the counter almost at the other end. Looking at perfumes My son (16) walked over to the Girl at cash and asked if they had a perfume. She stated NO. And. Went back to her phone. Didn't look up from the phone. Would not. Go there again. Because of the lack of customer service
