Bought a used Tacoma from this dealership. Taylor (salesperson) was great. Friendly, easy to deal with, and professional. Joey (used car sales manager) and Jack (finance) were great to deal with also. The 2023 Tacoma I bought was presented to me in pristine condition. Super happy with it. Highly recommend this dealership. All round great experience.

I recently went to Performance Toyota St. Catharines for my major service, and I can honestly say they live up to the reputation I had heard about them , they truly deserve it! The overall experience was exceptional. If you love your car and want it to be cared for by people who genuinely respect and take pride in their work, this is the place to go. Daniel Aguiar was outstanding, he took the time to explain everything that would be done during the service, along with recommendations for both now and the future. Everything was transparent and clear; nothing was hidden from me as a customer. But it wasn’t just Daniel, everyone I interacted with while my car was being serviced was welcoming, professional, and attentive. I even drove all the way from Hamilton just to experience this level of service, and I can say it was absolutely worth the extra miles. Though there are other Toyota service centers closer to me in Hamilton, I will now always prefer Performance Toyota St. Catharines. The experience was that good! I look forward to building a long-term relationship with the team and hope my future experiences with them continue to be excellent.

Her friendly, proactive approach ensured a seamless, stress-free experience. She patiently answered all my questions, making me feel valued. I'm very happy with my customer experience at Performance Toyota! I recently purchased a 24 Tacoma from a large used car dealership in Cayuga. The truck had the original owner tied to the infotainment system. Backstory - I scheduled a service appointment at another Toyota dealer (Hamilton mountain). They quoted me 1hr ($150. +tx) to delete the previous owner. I was told it would take 4hrs to complete the recall (software updates) and delete the other primary user. We decided to take a long walk and kill the 4hrs. After 4 hours they still had not even started the recall software updates. I left and decided to schedule a new appointment with performance Toyota in St Catherine's! So glad I did! The service staff were super efficient, had great communication (and bonus) no charge to remove the previous owner from the connected app/ infotainment system. This is a very well run service department and when it's time to replace my wife's car I'll definitely be shopping at performance Toyota!
