We had a wonderful experience today at the dealership. Ronan had promised to deal with an minor exterior issue we identified earlier this month. The car was taken in today with Ronan and Tony rectifying the issue to our complete satisfaction. We can fully endorse the team at Performance Mercedes in St Catharines.

Exceptional Experience with Matt and the Team! I had an absolutely outstanding experience working with Matt at the dealership. From the moment I walked in, he treated me with genuine attention, patience, and professionalism. Matt took the time and he went above and beyond to help me secure my dream sports car! Matt is a true rarity in the world of car sales and is passionate about providing best client service. What really stood out was how effortless he made the entire process. No pressure, no rush, just honest guidance, deep product knowledge, and a clear commitment to making sure I drove away completely confident and happy. He answered all my questions, walked me through every detail, and made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. He also made sure car was checked and oil change was done and car was 100% ready. They also arranged PPI at my request and completed it. A big thank-you as well to Shobit, the finance manager, who handled all the paperwork quickly and clearly. He made the financing side seamless and stress-free. And shoutout to Danish, who was extremely helpful in getting the car prepared, detailed, and ready for delivery. His attention to detail at the end made the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for exceptional service from start to finish, I highly recommend this team - especially Matt. You won’t be disappointed. Five stars for Matt and Performance Mercedes team! Highly recommended!

I’ve purchased several parts for my Sprinter 3500 from the Performance Mercedes-Benz parts department, and the service has always been outstanding. I especially want to highlight Mark, who has helped me on multiple occasions with exceptional professionalism and kindness. He always takes the time to make sure I get the correct parts and provides clear, knowledgeable advice. Mark and the entire parts team offer magnificent service — fast, efficient, and reliable. I’ll definitely keep coming back and highly recommend them!

Bought my very first Mercedes Benz at Performance! I have nothing but good things to say about them. Maz was so friendly, informative and patient. Everyone was organized and personable. Very happy with my purchase!!

f I could give zero stars, I would. I paid over $80,000 for a brand new Mercedes-Benz, and it has already broken down three times — all because of computer update issues. Each time, I was left without a rental because they “never have any available.” The service staff, especially Laurie, shows zero customer service skills or compassion. We bought a new car to make sure our baby would be safe and reliable, but honestly, we would have been better off in our 2015 Ford. For the price paid, this is unacceptable. The lack of accountability and support from Mercedes-Benz is beyond disappointing. Update: Thank you for your reply. With respect, your account does not reflect my experience. My vehicle has broken down multiple times due to issues that should not be happening with a brand-new car, and I was consistently told there were no rentals available. The responsibility to follow up should not fall on me when I’ve already been clear and timely with my concerns. One staff member did mention that leaving the doors open too long could drain the battery, but that is unlikely to be the root cause of the recurring computer issues. For the record, I have not left my doors open since that suggestion, yet the problems continue. The car has now been in your service department for 4 days without a single call to update me or provide even a basic timeline. I specifically asked Laurie for an estimate of how long repairs might take if this turned out to be the same issue again, and instead of giving me even a ballpark answer (I made it clear I wasn’t asking for a guarantee), she chose to argue with me instead. She also argued with me while I was stranded on a hot day with my baby, waiting for a cab for the third time in less than a year because this “new” car failed again — an experience that was not only frustrating, but unsafe. If customer updates on repair status were provided as quickly as responses to online reviews, this situation might feel more manageable. The bottom line is that despite repeated visits and assurances, the problems remain unresolved, and I have had to drive an unreliable vehicle while caring for a newborn. This is not the level of safety or customer service I was promised when purchasing from Mercedes-Benz, and I stand by my review
