All my automobile purchases have always been done thru the exact same dealership my entire driving life. Same make and model, different colour. Even the same dealership. This time was to be a change of heart. A 'new make and model' out of a completely 'different' dealership. Lexus Performance on Lake Street. The wheels of my trade-in turned into their lot, and I was able to carouse their inventory undisturbed. Upon entering the building I was to be met by Mohamad who was to become my contact. Mohamad took the time to understand my needs, and explained every detail about the company and their inventory without pressure or expectation. The wait time was much shorter than expected for him to see a vehicle for me. Once the decision was made the transactions were swift and sure. I named the new car Isabella, and she was waiting for pick up wearing a bow on the exact promised day of Tuesday.
