My front bumper lower trim fell off due to snow storm for Hyundai Sonata 2025. Huge shoutout to Robert Osbourne!!! He went above and beyond to help me. They literally fixed it for me within minutes. I had the opportunity to work with Robert Osborne at Performance Collision, and from the very start, he made a great impression. He is a very polite and professional gentleman who took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and clearly pointed out damages that other shops, including Carstar St. Catharines and Fix Auto St. Catharines, did not identify. I am still in the early stages of the repair process, but so far Robert has been excellent. He has gone back and forth with me patiently, explaining each step of the process in detail, which I truly appreciate. His attention to detail, clear communication, and sense of ownership over his work really stand out. Based on my experience so far, I am very impressed with his professionalism and customer service.
