They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and never made me feel pressured. The buying process was smooth, transparent, and efficient. I really appreciated how upfront they were about pricing and options, and they worked hard to make sure I was comfortable with my decision. The vehicle was exactly as described and in great condition when I picked it up. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. I have been wanting a new vehicle for a while and the team at performance Acura did not dissapoint. I got the cross over I have been looking for and on top of the friendly staff Lindsey the sales person went out of her way to learn all she could about the hondas sound system and made sure it was synced properly. Really just above and beyond as far as the staff goes. I recommend them for a good experience especially enjoyed how they didnt rush and were very patient with me especially with all the questions I had.
