Pennzoil 10 Minute Oil Change Centre

I brought my Mini Cooper in on February 17 for a routine oil change. After preparing the vehicle, the technician immediately showed me a photo indicating that my drain plug was stripped. I appreciated being informed, and I understand this can happen with Mini Coopers. He even suggested I return to the previous garage that serviced the car, as they would be responsible. At that point, I was also told they were unable to perform the oil change because they didn’t think they had the correct filter. So essentially, nothing had been done aside from taking the photo of the stripped plug. While I was waiting for the garage door to be opened, a manager came over and spoke to the technician. Shortly after, I was told they could perform the oil change after all because they had found what they needed. This is where the issue lies. If you identified that the drain plug was stripped before starting the service, the oil change should not have been performed at all. I was later told to bring a new plug and washer for my next service, but by then the oil change had already been completed using a known damaged plug. I am now dealing with an oil leak because the stripped plug obviously cannot seal properly. This situation could have — and should have — been avoided. Once the issue was identified, the responsible course of action would have been to stop and decline the service until the plug was properly replaced. Very disappointed that a problem was acknowledged but the service proceeded anyway, leaving me with a bigger issue than when I arrived.

I had a terrible experience here today. I was charged $140 for an oil change! I came in just for an oil change, and without asking, went ahead and replaced my oil filter with a premium one and used synthetic oil without my consent or even informing me of the extra charges beforehand. *Picture is without tax (Plus $16 in tax)

Oil change today. Corporate account, only reason I went there. Oil stains in my driveway now and all inside the engine compartment. Got the feeling they knew that but didn't care. Also tried to sell me on an air filter when the one I have is basically new. Going elsewhere. Oh, to top it off, they inflated my tires to 42 psi on ones that are maximum 35. Really suck.

Literally you have broken my car. Your guys filled up over the oil limit and now I’ve been fixing my car for two weeks spending over my budget and time. Seriously it is a serious mistake from your service definitely unacceptable.
