The young lady working was super nice and very helpful. I went in to pick up an online order and thanks in part to her help, ended grabbing an additional item. I'll definitely be back to buy more gifts and just because items in the future.

Had such a great experience at this location last night. I was short on time between work and a dinner so I called ahead to ask to have a particular piece set aside to try on. I didn’t end up getting those particular pants (glad I tried on in-store instead of buying online because they were for a party this weekend) but got some dress pants I liked even better and were on a killer sale and Nicki helped me all the way along from the initial phone call to finding shoes and pants in my sizes and getting me some great Christmas deals. Holiday-party ready and feeling great thanks to the gals at this store!

Niki was absolutely amazing and super friendly and polite and very patient with me today when I was trying on a few things she never gave up on me and made sure I was happy with my purchase that’s one amazing staff member you have I hope she will be recognized for her amazing customer service and all the effort she did for me today absolutely happy with everything thank you first time shopping here and I will definitely be back sometime soon

I was in this store this morning and left with such a smile and feeling good about myself thanks to such a lovely young lady ( I’m sorry I don’t know her name) cashier #540567. She honestly couldn’t do enough to help me find the correct bras, she really did go above and beyond. I’ll certainly be back to shop. Customer service is excellent, even the lady that helped me initially.

I’ve been shopping at this location ever since I moved back to Canada, and honestly, it’s my favourite clothing store. Over the years the store has gone through a few changes (some I love, some not so much), but I still find myself coming back here for pretty much all of my clothes. If I could wish for one thing, it would be a little more inclusivity in their bra sizes — but beyond that, they carry just about everything I’m looking for. This place has been my go-to for years, and I always leave feeling good about what I’ve found.
