I just got my engagement ring resized here, even though I bought it somewhere else, and they did a fantastic job. You can’t even tell it was resized. Brenda was so accommodating and helpful. We had a wonderful experience from start to finish with Penner’s. Brenda and Kathy are amazing. They’re genuine, honest, and friendly people and their customer service is always above and beyond. We couldn’t recommend them enough for the amazing service they provided to us from picking out an engagement ring to creating our wedding bands. We have also taken several other pieces of jewelry there for care and repair and it’s been great working with them. I don’t trust anyone else with my jewellery!
