The most terrible service I have encountered in my 59 years in business you buy a blade it brakes at the weld immediately after turning on the machine and they tell that should not be like that saying it was a warranty issue they would replace them as the 6 other blade we purchased did not break well and after lying to me for 8 months mr Jayson tells me they are on their way and after excuse after excuse they never showed up, customer care is worthless if you don't care for your customers and you people have achieved that good job
View on GoogleWas driving to London this morning and had the unfortunate situation of being behind a Peninsula Saw delivery truck. The driver of the truck was going incredibly slow and weaving in the left lane/ over the lines at times. An incredibly bad driver that was dangerous to be on the road. Definitely a bad look for the company. Perhaps train your drivers to be safer on the road or dont allow them to drive. This old guy (with grey/ white beard) should not be behind the wheel representing your company.
