Front desk staff was very sweet! It’s a busy clinic, so the short wait was totally understandable 🙂 Dr. Gunton was amazing …she really listened to all my concerns and responded in such a professional and kind way. Overall a great experience!!

While the wait time to see a doctor here was quite long due to the Provincial government's budget restraints, I was treated with compassion and kindness for my on going issue and I simply cannot express my appreciation to Dr. Gunton and her staff for their help.

Dr. Gunton has been absolutely incredible over my couple of visits to her practice. She is extremely kind and caring and always takes time to listen to any concerns. When she was completing a procedure on me she took the time to calm my nerves and explain the entire process to me - I also have to mention that my scar is almost invisible. She is incredible all around! Very thankful to have been referred her.

Dr. Gunton is a fantastic specialist. She took the time to address all of my concerns and performed the necessary procedures in clinic to investigate and diagnose my condition. I felt she was very genuine, empathetic and efficient. My mind is now at ease after my visit. I would recommend Dr. Gunton to anyone looking for the best Dermatologist with a wealth of knowledge.

I was very disappointed with my visit. From the moment the doctor walked in, I felt that my concerns were dismissed without proper attention. I specifically mentioned an area of infection and blood, but she assured me it was nothing to worry about, despite it being concerning to me. I had been waiting for months for this appointment, especially after my previous doctor advised regular check-ups. Unfortunately, this doctor told me that follow-ups weren't necessary and concluded the appointment after just a 4-minute conversation. I left feeling unheard and unsupported. It’s frustrating to encounter healthcare professionals who seem more focused on their paycheck than genuinely addressing patient concerns. Our system is extremely broken and requires oneself to be the doctor and to advocate every appointment. I truly hope that my situation doesn’t go unmanaged / not cared for due to the lack of bedside manner.
