My card got stuck in the machine. I used the ATM on the outside, it looked perfectly fine but when I put my card in it was frozen and then said “this atm is temporarily out of service” after and not before putting my card in. I’ve been trying to get it out for almost an hour and to no avail.

It’s a good bank, switched around for many years, and i have found my winner. Staff knowledgeable, helpful, friendly,

Morrison Street Branch has the most unfriendly tellers. Tried to deposit into my wife’s account and was told I couldn’t. But I could deposit it into my account come home and move it to her account. Unfortunately we live in Niagara Falls but our regular branch is Fourth Avenue. Maybe time to replace these ladies as they are sooo miserable.

Amazing staff. Go above and beyond to help. So glad I switched to a Credit Union who cares about the community
