Worst storage unit ever. Had to throw stuff out because of mice (threw out some irreplaceable childhood items). There was a fire in our row and unit was damaged. Was living in Alberta at the time. I was told our stuff would be moved and they would put a lock on the new unit. They put a zip tie. Unit was not locked, door was broken. The owner didn’t care, wouldn’t listen. He was extremely rude and arrogant. Gave one star, only because I could not give less. Would never recommend this to anyone

Lowest price in St.Catharines! I did my shopping & am so happy I ended up at this place! Incredible owner who is so so nice. Very accommodating when it comes to moving in whenever you may need. Made my stressful moving process so much better ending up at a place like this!

This is the dirtiest storage unit I have ever seen. I had family who needed to store stuff there temporarily. When we went to move the stuff out the unit was obviously infested with mice. The couch had holes in in from where the mice went in and the was mouse feces all over. When I mentioned it to John he said well there's nothing he can do and demanded we take the mouse infested couch us as he wouldn't dispose of it. He had a very arrogant attitude and when I mentioned I would be leaving a bad review he said do what you want it's your proagative. Worse experience I've had. Avoid this place at all costs.

After my divorce I had some things I needed to store. After calling numerous storage facilities around the city, this place by a long shot had the best prices. The owner and front desk guy were super sweet and helpful. They just built a new building and it’s great. After reading these other reviews about complaining of rats??? There is a rat problem in the city after closing of hospitals and GMC plant. There are rats literally everywhere!!! There was an exterminator when I was there the other day. So give them a break would ya???? Geeezzzzz
