Pelham Hills pharmacy is amazing. All the pharmacists are knowledgeable, caring and always take their time making sure everything is right. They are all so personable and have gotten to know the whole family over the years. Highly recommend if you like that small town feel service

I called Pelham Hills Pharmacy after finding them listed on the CAA website for travel vaccinations (turns out the listing was outdated, and they haven’t been partnered for a while). Even so, Lou was incredibly kind and took the time to listen and help me anyway. I sent him my travel itinerary, and he was very thorough in reviewing it and providing guidance. Thankfully, I didn’t end up needing any vaccines, but Lou was attentive, quick to respond, and genuinely cared about making sure I was prepared. It’s rare to get that level of service these days. I would highly recommend Pelham Hills Pharmacy and Lou to anyone looking for a reliable and informative team. Excellent service and a great experience overall!

I called the pharmacy, this afternoon, to ask about the flu shot. The pharmacy assistant (who was so condescending and rude) said it was only for their customers unless I transferred my prescriptions. I’m shocked a pharmacy would refuse a senior citizen a public health vaccine.

I have been receiving my prescriptions from Pelham Hills Pharmasave for a few years now. They have given me several vaccines and are always there to help answer my medication questions. Mike (Lou), Bashar and Sean are always great to work with and they are very helpful. I know I am forgetting one other pharmacist that I have yet to meet. Last summer Mike really helped me when I was out of province in BC. I was fighting a recurrent infection and I needed a repeat of my antibiotic. Mike went above and beyond in obtaining my prescription from my doctor and had it faxed over to a pharmacy in BC. He saved my trip! Many thanks to all these terrific Pharmacists.
