Great experience returning to Pedlar's!! I was looking for a mountain bike as a gift for my partner(something online bike "experts" don't usually recommend). Nick actively listened to what I was after and presented several excellent options. I ended up purchasing the first bike he showed me and when my partner saw it her eyes lit up. She's thrilled - everything from the size to the colour is perfect. Nick is very knowledgeable, attentive and wasn't pushy. I highly recommend this shop to anyone searching for their next bike. Awesome bike shop with so many different accessories and repair services provided. The shop owner was super friendly and accommodating as well. Would highly recommend this shop to people needing anything bicycle-related.

Great place to get your bike fixed he clearly knows what he is doing, very smart man. I needed my breaks fixed as well as my derailer. Not only did he go out of his way to fix every little problem he could find he also cleaned the entire bike up before I picked it up. Also helped me load the bike into the car, now that is good customer service :D 5/5 come here if you don't know how to fix your own bike cause this guy will do an amazing job!

Very nice guy (Nick). Extremely knowledgeable too. I came in late one day, and needed my bike fixed urgently. He stayed late just to fix it. His wife runs a nail salon out front, and I was able to get a pedicure while I waited too. 100% would recommend

I had a great experience at Pedlar! Nick was super nice and gave me helmet and rack for putting my water bottle on the bike, and the bike was in great condition! Rental process was smooth and easy and I will definitely come back in the future! Highly recommend this place for anyone who wanna rent a bike in Niagara Falls!
