To the person that complained about the manager , what was the context of her being "rude", maybe there is more to that !!! I have never had any issues at that store with staff. And right now with the store closing they are all trying to be friendly and helpful with everyone, even though they are all losing their jobs in a few weeks. To all the staff, sad to see the store go, and good luck on your future endeavors!!

If the landlord wasn’t redeveloping the space, I’m sure this place would go under with Kristen the store manager running to ship. Extremely rude and didn’t even want to talk to a customer which had an issue with a product, she was “too busy”. When one of the great sales associates went to the back to try to reason with her, she came out miserable. Im glad my $800 item, is not worth the time for a store manager to talk with a customer. All other employees have been wonderful during thier closing process - very friendly, energetic and helpful - wish I could say the same about Kristen.

Great place that’s close by I use for all my animal feed and work wear. Love to hunt the clearance section as you can find some good gems!

Had an issue with a shed that we purchased and had to return. Staff were all very courteous and helpful. Karen the Manager was very easy to deal with and was very understanding and also helpful with offering some other ideas. Great place to shop made to feel very welcome. Thanks again.

Always a friendly store, where someone is readily available to answer any questions. Bonus points to them for being pet friendly. Darwin says thanks for the cookie.
