My family’s experience with Peace Medical Clinic, and particularly with Dr. Hana, has been profoundly disappointing and distressing after more than twenty-one years of loyal attendance. My mother, who is now 72, consistently felt dismissed, unheard, and unsupported in her medical needs. Her concerns were not taken seriously, and there was a noticeable lack of care and professional consideration during her visits. Rather than receiving guidance, compassion, or appropriate follow-up, she was met with impatience and an unwillingness to engage meaningfully with her health issues. The situation culminated in her being abruptly told she could no longer return to the clinic, without explanation or discussion, leaving her without continuity of care after decades as a patient. During appointments, the tone and manner in which she was spoken to created an uncomfortable and intimidating atmosphere, which is especially troubling considering her age and medical vulnerability. A physician-patient relationship should be grounded in respect, reassurance, and dignity, none of which were present. In addition, my mother required referrals for ongoing and serious health concerns, yet these were repeatedly denied or dismissed. When she sought information or specialist support, she was told to find another doctor rather than being assisted appropriately. Important medical records, including imaging results, were misplaced, resulting in unnecessary delays, confusion, and prolonged discomfort following her knee replacement and subsequent complications. These administrative failures contributed to avoidable stress and uncertainty in her treatment process. The receptionist’s conduct further contributed to the negative experience, as interactions were consistently curt, unhelpful, and unwelcoming. A clinic should be a place where patients—especially seniors—feel supported rather than intimidated or disregarded.I am very disappointed with the service provided by the receptionist she was extremely unfriendly, showed no respect, and did not smile or greet patients in a welcoming manner. Her attitude made my mom feel uncomfortable, as if patients were an inconvenience rather than individuals seeking help. But the apple don't fall far from the tree if the doctors has no respect for the clients what you expect from the receptionist ! After decades of relying on this clinic, my mother left feeling mistreated, disrespected, and abandoned at a time in her life when stability in healthcare is essential. Based on our experience, I would strongly encourage others to seek medical care in an environment where professionalism, empathy, and competent follow-through are upheld. Recordings and firsthand involvement during appointments ensure that these concerns are accurately represented and documented.
View on Googlethe reception with eye glass is the wrost one,No respect, no smile, treat everyone like her enemy.i had never see this kind of people in Canada for 20years. zero star if i can. why this kind of people still in the position.
View on GoogleI've been going here for 16 years and it's so difficult to get sadek to do any kind of testing. For anyone who goes here, if you're thinking about getting tested for autism, Sadek will refuse to send you because there is no cure and no meds she can prescribe to you. Absolutely ridiculous. It took 5 years of monthly visits before she sent me for tourette testing, which i was diagnosed with after that. Sadek doesn't listen, the only thing she seems good for is if you want any kind of pills. If you're not trying to medicate, you're health doesn't actually matter. Reception is the only positive thing I've experienced here.
View on GoogleThe staff is very welcoming and kind. As for Dr. Hannah, I find her attentive by the way she takes the time to listen to me despite my poor English. I am lucky to have her as a family doctor. Thank you Dr Hannah.
View on GoogleI was fortunate enough to have Dr. Hannah take me on as a patient upon referral from a colleague. From the beginning he has been thorough and always requisitioned tests and referred to specialists when required. I’m really surprised to see a few negative reviews on here, but I suppose when a doctor with the patience of Dr. Hanna has finally had enough and is asking you to find a new doctor then the problem is likely with the difficult patient. I don’t have a bad thing to say about Dr. Hanna or Dr. Sadek (whom I’ve seen on a few occasions when filling in for Dr. Hanna). I hope he continues to practice for a long time because I don’t know what I’d do without him. The receptionists have also been nothing but courteous and professional during my interactions with them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
