PCS of Niagara

PCS cleaned the carpets in a house we just purchased. The carpets had a lot of discoloured areas and Jon was able to pull most of them out. They look and smell almost like new. I was really happy with the results and I will definitely be using PCS again.

The service is always great and very professional! We use PCS for our interior design projects, from upholstery and rug cleaning to custom rug and runner binding. I would definitely recommend them. We look forward to continuing to work with them.

I had a truly exceptional experience with PCS of Niagara. From the initial point of contact, through the quote process and then the actual cleaning work - everything was well explained and very timely. My rugs looks brand new, and all of the pet stains and odours are GONE! The gentlemen who came to do the work were so professional and polite, aside from the clean rugs you would never have known they were there! I would highly recommend PCS of Niagara and will definitely use them again in the future!

This is an outstanding company! I recently had the carpets (wall to wall) in my entire home cleaned. From the first call to book a quote, to John coming to provide the service, the experience was perfect. The staff were excellent. Stacy, who came to do the estimate, was friendly, professional, thorough, and an excellent communicator! John, who provided the service, was also excellent! He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, was very respectful of our home, and did a thorough job on the carpets, leaving them clean and looking great. We also received, at no extra charge, a container of spot treatment, for any future spills, and booties to wear while the carpet finished drying. This company prides itself on integrity and customer service. I can see why, and highly recommend them!!

We have had 4 rugs now cleaned at PCS of Niagara and what a fabulous experience from pick up to drop off. Rugs were heavily soiled and now look brand new. I would highly recommend this establishment. Thank you!
