After being referred to this clinic by my rheumatologist, I have been seen at the St. Catharines and Niagara Falls locations. My first experience was with Dr Liaghati and his physicians assistant, Sabrina. I left feeling relieved that this doctor not only had a plan to help me feel better but that he listened and actually wanted to help me. After coming up with our plan, I was referred for my RFA at the St. Catharine’s location. In St. Catharine’s I was greeted by the most wonderful receptionist (I really wish I remembered her name) aswell as an amazing nurse named Mya who both ended up being a large support down the road. After an extremely unpleasant and unfortunate experience with Dr. Kalin, I left without ANY treatment, feeling disrespected, in tears and questioning my own pain/diagnosis. I spoke with the receptionist on my way out to express my disappointment and frustration. She met me with compassion and gave me several options on how to make this right. The clinic squeezed me in the next day to follow up with Dr. Liaghati to figure things out where they were then able to get me in for my RFA the very next day. Dr. Lantz performed the procedure and He was also a very compassionate doctor that very clearly wanted to help. Every single staff member I encountered at the clinic after my unpleasant experience, acknowledged what I went through, offered their apologies, and went above and beyond to ensure they made up for the previous experience. Despite my one truly awful experience here (STAY AWAY FROM DR. KALIN), I have had over 5 other exceptional experiences that make up for that. I have referred family members here, and will continue to do so as I truly believe they are a fantastic group of workers. Thank you to the entire team that helped me through this process!
View on GoogleI went to this Clinic for real back issues, but it quickly stopped feeling like healthcare. The doctor didnt treat patients like people-he treated us like numbers on a spreadsheet. For over 10 years, it felt like he would prescribe almost anything i asked for. It wasnt medical judgement-it was enabling. Dependence was the product; the patients were the collateral. When government regulations hit, everything fell apart. The doctor was busted for over prescribing and had to have a chaperone with him at all times. The cuts he made to medications weren't just abrupt-they were unethical. Patients weren't given time to adjust. There was no taper, no plan, no care. In my opinion, if these reductions had been granule and responsible, maybe fewer people would have ended up desperate on the streets. Watching it happen was cruel and avoidable. He used nerve block injections as leverage. Refuse one, and your meds were withheld until you gave in. Appointments meant sitting for hours. We weren't treated like humans-we were treated like cattle. Pressured, manipulated, and hearded through a system that existed only to move bodies, push drugs, and protect the clinic. Now that I'm free, it feels astonishing not to be trapped by the clinic or the drugs. Looking back its clear: this wasnt care. This was manipulation. Patients were treated like human pin cushions, addicted to medications so the clinic could control them. This is cold, calculated, and cruel. In the end, the only reason I kept returning was because I knew I would leave with a prescription. Thats not medicine, thats exploitation. If you want a doctor who actually cares about your health, look anywhere else. The doctor in question: Dr.Demian
View on GoogleI can’t thank the staff and physician at this clinic for their professionalism and assistance in obtaining treatment to my back. Dr. Kalin was extremely helpful and explained every step of the way in what was a very smooth experience during my most recent back injections. I also want to give a special thanks to Olivia who went above and beyond in my patient experience. The remaining staff ( unfortunately I don’t have your names) who were involved in the injection experience were both excellent too. Based on my experience, I would just say that anyone who has the least bit of apprehension should know that they are in excellent hands. Thank you very much!!!
View on GoogleDr. Khadim is the reason I can manage my pain and am able to be mobile. He is knowledgeable and compassionate and always willing to investigate issues. The staff at the clinic are lovely and also create a welcoming and comforting environment for the patients. Scheduling is simple as the doctor's are only available on certain days of the week. Parking is close to the door making the visit easy.
View on GoogleThings don’t move very fast here, but the care is truly professional and high-quality. My first consultation was in July, and by August I had already started regular procedures for leg pain. I now come every two weeks, and appointments are always available without issues. The only downside is the MRI wait time — my appointment was scheduled only for January 2026. This is because the clinic doesn’t have its own MRI machine and refers patients to the hospital across the street. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the quality of treatment and the attentive care I’ve received.
