PBO Niagara Hotel Dieu Shaver Site

We attended to PBO for a helmet assessment for my son. We had the pleasure of seeing Sovoeun. He was very thorough and took the time to explain all aspects of the assessment and the results, while also reducing mom’s worry at the same time! He was also incredible with my son and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does! Highly recommend :).

I had an excellent experience at Niagara Prosthetic, Bracing and Orthotics. I was given a fast appointment and was seen right away, which I truly appreciated. Sovoeun was wonderful and took great care of me. He took his time to explain everything thoroughly, performed a careful examination, and ensured all measurements were done properly. He was professional, patient, and genuinely caring. The entire team was welcoming, especially Gary, who dropped in to say hello and made me feel comfortable and valued. I would highly recommend anyone in need of their services to book without hesitation—you will be very well taken care of.

I had the pleasure of a consultation appointment with Devin today. I was looking for a finger prosthesis. This is a rare request and can be very expensive, with limited options and little possibility for funding. I work in renovations and maintenance, so I need something durable that can withstand daily use in a variety of circumstances while also protecting my finger. Devin worked with me to find an alternative to an expensive finger tip. The solution is a great and creative option which he figured out and crafted within an hour. Devin is a quick thinker and great problem solver. I definitely would trust his creativity, and recommend him to others, to find the right prosthetic fit for any future needs. I am very pleased with the outcome of my visit to PBO. The ladies who helped me at reception were very personable, welcoming and friendly. They were very informative and understanding of my needs. Everything went smoothly for me, from the first inquiry a couple weeks ago to my consultation with Devin today. I am excited to try my new finger tip and share the results with the folks at PBO.

I took my son here 2 years ago to get a helmet for his Cranial. I know i am delayed on my review but it cant go unsaid. My experience with Savoon (i may have his name slightly wrong as it was long ago now) was absolutely great. He was so informative during the entire process. I cant lie, there were times when being proactive with the helmet was hard, like when ppl would give you ignorant looks in public judging the fact that your baby has a cranial helmet but dont let that get to you! I can assure you, the process is well worth it. My son is almost 3 now and i am so grateful that we were consistent with him wearing his helmet and his cranial shape changed drastically. Would recommend anyone to go to this location. Savoon and all of the staff were just wonderful all around. Frankie and myself enjoyed every visit with you guys!
