Took our year and 10m old Mainecoon/ Balinese boy for his first dematting grooming session and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! The owners are super friendly, answered all my questions and explained the many techniques that may be used in order to achieve our goal. Our cat couldn't stop purring for hours, he was so happy being all cleaned up and even had a bit of a shaved belly. Fair prices, 10/10 recommended for cats!

The best cat groomers that I have ever used, hands down. The owner and her staff are kind, polite, and very knowledgeable. The cats love going to get groomed and that speaks volumes. You can tell how much time and effort they put into their service and its cleanliness. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Unprofessional and arrogant reply to my kind text asking about services and prices as a new customer. Would never trust my animal with Paws and Claws. Update: Thank you for posting the conversation. Let’s dive into it! Your website does not indicate any packages or pricing. Please refer to the photos I’ve added below. It also directs users to a Facebook page. So, instead of just messaging back with some clarity on prices and services, you redirected to a website where I clearly just came from because I followed the instructions of becoming a potential new client. And to be completely honest, replying to this review isn’t going to help your business what so ever. Next time, just send a direct link to your “packages” or “services” and maybe add some pricing. New customers are going to be curious about pricing and services. I didn’t think I would have to explain that to a business owner. But hey, all the worst to you! :)

Our coffee and rascal absolutely are in the best of hands when they come here. There is no one else I trust. I don’t know what I would do with out them. If you want to trust that your loved ones are In good hands, rest assured they are here! Thank you from our family 💕
