What an amazing staff. Everyone I met whether serving me or not were engaging I'm happy to talk to me. These guys get it, customer service matters to them.

I can only rate them based on their seasonal lawn care service. We’ve used them for three years. The service is sub-par and has gotten progressively worse with each passing year. Usually two or three guys show up and many times they couldn’t even be bothered to blow trimmings away. Grass is always long. If there’s weeds they’re ignored. When you reach out to them by phone or email it takes weeks for a reply (weeks!). The house is located in Welland. My house which uses another service in Niagara Falls, is twice as big a property, costs ten dollars less a week to maintain and looks immaculate each and every time. I would not recommend them to anybody frankly. Total lack of customer service and transparency.

I purchased 47 rolls of sod from this establishment yesterday. When I got home, every single roll was yellowing and some had mold growing on it already. I have bought sod many times from other establishments and the grass has always looked beautiful. When I called, the store manager said if there are any issues.. they would be replaced. Which is why I gave 2 stars instead of 1. The Sod had been baking in the sun since the previous morning when it is advised to be laying the sod within 6 hours. I went with their advice to lay it anyway and water it, but if it doesn't get any better.. I will hold them accountable and have them replace it. If everything works out fine, I would be happy to change my review.

Worth the drive to, the product selection here is incredible. Garden statues, monuments, decorative urns, angel gifts, unique solar garden lights, stained glass ornaments & very high quality plants! You’ve GOT to check this place out for hard-to-buy-for people!
