This store got two cats from a breeder!!! Rather than helping Animal Rescue by welcoming cats for adoption, they actually have two Maine coons!! Talk about tone deaf. That’s why I stopped going to this store. Please support pet stores who rescue animals not who perpetuate the problem of cat over population. So disappointing.

This is a fantastic local pet store! The staff are always friendly, helpful, and really know their stuff - they clearly care about both the animals and the customers. I am always amazed at how often they seem to remember customers from previous visits. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The store is clean, well-stocked, and has a great selection of products for all kinds of pets. We always find what we need for our dog when we visit. We also love getting to visit the adorable store cats. Always a pleasure to stop in!

Wonderful staff and product selection. Their customer service is top notch! And they are so knowledgeable! Especially the employee with glasses and curly brown hair. Thanks for all you do and how much you help our fur babies!

Jules was great. I just adopted a new cat and Jules was so helpful, taking the time to orient me to the store and to my needs. I wanted to upgrade the cat food that the foster was giving, and she guaranteed that if the cat didn't like it, to bring it back. She even took the time to assist in walking my purchases to my car. Oh, and Jules, she loves the cat post, my furniture is saved! I'll be back for more.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Helped us with puppy suggestions and didn't try to upsell at all- listened to what we were looking for. You can tell the staff truly cares as they remembered us from 9+ years ago!
