Love this store! Love Natalie! She is the best!! All the staff are very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly! I would definitely use the dog baths if I had a large dog, (or not Shibas).. It looks like a spa and is super convenient for sure! I shop here for my all girls' food and treats.. They have everything we need!

I frequent Paulmacs Morrison/Dorchester Rd. Frequently. The staff there is so kind and helpful. They remember me and ask about my current new Kitten. They genuinely care. So nice to go into a store and feel welcome. 5 stars for sure*****

There's this one really cool girl who works here. She's been there forever and she knows who she is. The rest are really nice too and always so welcoming and knowledgeable! :)

CAUTION!! DO NOT USE DOG WASH!The water temperature is extremely hot and you have no control of temperature. Management will not fix the problem and obviously doesn’t care that dogs are being burnt. By the time you apply soap the temperature gets hotter and you have no choice but to torture your dog to get the soap off. FIX THE PROBLEM OR IM CALLING THE HUMANE SOCIETY!!!

Was in there yesterday and I have to say Angelina is the best employee I have crossed paths with in years! She’s so polite and helpful! We have a rescues and was unsure her history and tried to bathe her. We needed a collar as well :) Angelina’s manger needs to know how good of an employee you have!! She goes out of her way to help and is so nice, so knowledgeable and people like her do not exist In this day and age!! Thank you so much Angelina for all your help yesterday with Shylo!!!
