Worst customer service. They increased my insurance premium by $100 with no tickets and they give only one answer that the increase is all over Canada. I got way cheeper insurance from another company and they charged me $430 my one month premium and an extra $167 for canceling. Stay away from this broker.

This is by far the WORST insurance office in the city! I have been calling since last Monday because of WATER DAMAGE in my house, and a car claim and I have NOT received a call back or even a email. I have now called Desjardins corporate and they told me I have to do it with my agent! My husband has shown up to the office multiple times and nobody in office.. I’m so very glad nobody got hurt and my car is drivable because they have NO care in the world about their clients, just taking my monthly payments for the last 25 years!! I work in health care and if I ever did this my clients it would NOT be tolerated.

Nothing but great things to say about this branch. We have had our vehicle and home insurance with Paula for several years now and couldn’t be happier. It’s so nice being able to speak to someone directly about our insurance needs and both Paula and Kyle have been very helpful over the years. Highly recommend.

Exceptional customer service. Being able to speak with a real person, the same person rather than an automated 1-800 service is such a luxury these days. Kyle has always been a quick email or phone call away when I have questions and throughout starting my policy. He responds quickly with clear and easy to understand answers to my questions or needs. And the fact that Kyle and Paula were able to offer me a fantastic policy combining my auto, home and business needs is certainly icing on the cake. Well done and much appreciated!
