Paul and Sheila are wonderful. They've always been super responsive and have taken great care of our beloved "Lando" (1994 Defender). I'm so grateful to have them as a partner to help us keep this wonderful family member on the road and ready for all of our adventures. Highly Recommend!

This was the worst car experience of my life. Without communication or authorization, Paul Safari ran up a bill for my vehicle for over $21,000.00. When confronted about this he gave me the option to either pay the amount (with no authorization or communication of cost during the process) or to pay an amount of $12,000 plus taxes. With no option I was resigned to pay $12,000 and he ripped out all of the parts and work that he did (again without authorization) and now my vehicle has no drive train, no brakes (it came to him with brakes), the doors don’t open and he drained all of the fluids. Paul Safari is, in my experience, the most dishonest man I’ve met in the mechanic industry. I would think long and hard before bringing a vehicle to him. I will be pursuing legal action against this person.
