Paul Davis Niagara/Haldimand

Called these guys because the people that my insurance sent isn't doing what should be done. They are too busy to take us on right now with all their current work, but helped me as to what my next steps are. Not even a customer and I feel like they helped me out more. Thank you guys!!! Ps. I guess you're lucky to have them working for you! We wish we did!

Just wanted to acknowledge what one of your associates did today. While i was supporting someone with a disability waiting to cross a busy crosswalk, this gentleman in the Paul Davis Rav4 in Burlington, stopped and waited for us to go. We were rather slow, stopping traffic but that wasn't an issue with this man. At times, people have been very inpatient with us as we navigate our way around town...today was a nice change and I wanted to ensure he was recognized for helping us.

The rectory of our Church has a major flood. They did a great job being on premise the same day. Took out the debris from the flood as soon as possible, gave an assessment, check up on cleaning the left over mess. Made contact with the necessary workers of what was damaged, heating and cooling for the duct system, electrician, etc...I was very impressed.

This company was very respectful and helpful when they came to my home. They went above and beyond by providing me with a written email confirming that it was safe to live in the basement, which gave me peace of mind. I truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty, especially since there was some confusion caused by my tenant. Highly recommend!

Clean up crew was good. Terrible long year with this company who told me 4 months after a fire in 2021. I won't mention the name but the guy the assigned to help organize construction was a nightmare and so were the contractors for plumbing and walls. Thankful for Trevor who stepped up and my insurance to get things done. I would not recommend. They were quick to collect insurance check though.
