We were having a heck of a time tracking down materials that another supplier had shorted us on. As this was a custom order, our options were limited to fill the order and the stress was building. Every single phone call to various other suppliers resulted in "sorry, we can't guarantee a delivery date. Once you place an order with payment, we should have a better idea... within a couple months". This project was time sensitive, and these responses were not acceptable. We then called Megan at Patene, and we are so glad we did. Not only was it the first phone call where the person on the other line genuinely sounded happy, but Megan sprang into action and ordered our material with an expected delivery date of a few weeks later... 4 months before anyone else could. Incredible customer service AND effective and productive? Unfortunately this is far too rare, but Megan went so far above and beyond for us that we have a regained faith in humanity. Patene is one of the very few that still values customer service, and they are willing to work as hard at getting materials as we are at installing them. We could not recommend them enough!

I placed a fairly large order for drywall, not expecting it for a week or so... They were able to deliver it the next morning! They sent a few guys with the truck who used the boom/crane. Cheapest price I could find for exactly what I was ordering (this time) - AND brought into the house for me! Thanks guys
