I had the worst experience. The turnaround time to get your call or email answered is no less than four days and sometimes weeks on end I wouldn’t receive a response. I received two different quotes for the same job. It was only after I accepted the job that they confirmed that these two quotes were for separate things. It was a terrible experience and after I accepted their quote, they wanted to charge me thousands more!!!! They lost a client over this.

Great service! We had them install cameras so our families could watch their dancers from the comfort of our lobbies and we couldn't be happier. Picture quality is great, system is easy to use and they were efficient and helpful throughout the entire process.

We recently had an alarm/monitoring system installed by PasWord Protection. Install team were awesome and we are very happy with the system! Customer Service is also great with PasWord. Much nicer dealing with a locally owned family business. Great job everyone and we will not hesitate to recommend you!

David is the ultimate professional. Not only did he gather information to help me select the best option for my office security, he also came to our location to help me figure out the logistics in terms of quantity and best placement for all of the equipment. He didn't just sell me a system and walk away. He was there for the installation and has followed up on 3 occasions to assist with any concerns or questions and to confirm that the information on the forms for emergency contact were correct. I wouldn't hesitate to refer David to family or friends, which is a sign of the ultimate trust and confidence one can attain.

We recently had a new security system installed by PasWord Protection. The entire team has been amazing! Very fast, and super responsive. Candace has been so helpful and Galen who did the install was friendly, and explained everything thoroughly!
