My passport renewal experience here was efficient and friendly, and the wait time was minimal.

I can’t thank the team at the passport office enough. Every single person I spoke to was so kind, professional, and efficient. Carl helped me through the renewal steps and was wonderful to deal with. What they did for me yesterday meant a lot, even if to them it was just part of their workday. Exceptional service that I truly appreciated!

I would just like to start off by saying my past experiences at service Ontario have not been positive. I always dread to go into service Ontario because I am usually met with rude, impatient, and ignorant staff at other locations. But, today my experience was way different. I was very pleasantly surprised with how patient, kind and helpful the staff member was. Her name was Nelly. I was renewing my passport and had forgot to fill things out, she was very patient and told me what’s extra things I had to do. I can’t stress enough how amazing she was, very very kind. Even when I walked through the door I was kindly greeted by an older gentleman, and the younger man at the first desk was also very nice. Overall, this is the best experience I’ve had at service Ontario and my outlook has changed significantly. Thank you so much Nelly, you made my day, keep shining!

Stopped into this office Tuesday to have my passport renewed. They close at 4. Not very busy. Had a lovely lady help me. Needed it for March 20th. Well, it just arrived by Canada Post at my door! So impressed! Good job !! I would definitely use this location again! So, thank you so much.

The St. Catharines Passport Office on Geneva Ave is painfully slow. Expect long waits and lines out the door. Be prepared for a test of patience.
