Passages - End of Life Services

I recently used Passages to prepare for my mom's passing, ahead of time, so that I would not have to scramble to find the right service provider at the time of passing. Robyn was incredibly professional and made this process easy and worry free. There were no hidden costs or surprises when I contacted Passages upon my mom's passing. Very efficient, caring and I so appreciated the additional care that their service provided with returning a couple of items to me afterwards. Very reasonably priced too. Thanks so very much, as it's refreshing to have great service in this day and age.

When I went in to meet with Robyn, she seemed kind and empathetic. She mentioned a payment plan (I have a witness) but when I asked about that when she called 3 days after the government cheque came in, like a vulture, she went off the rails and got nasty. I've paid what I can and have not been unreasonable. His estate finally settled today. On friday I asked if I coukd get a balance on the owning and was told I could "print off bank transactions". They dont keep accounts? Literally go anywhere else... 🙄 horrible service and attitude. Not what I needed when dealing with a massive loss.

My mom and I had the privilege of facilitating with Robynn the planning of end of life wishes for both of my parents. It was important to us for these requests to be honoured with kindness, compassion and patience. We were extremely happy with the professionalism and thorough explanations for the many questions we presented. Although this subject may be overwhelming to discuss, Robynn made the process seamless and efficient. Thank you for giving me the peace of mind in knowing that my parent’s wishes will be respected!
