I was very pleased with my recent experience at the Party Shoppe. The staff was knowledgeable, professional and accommodating regarding my order. I would never deal with this business again! They have no pride in their service. When we went to pick up our 8 folding cocktail tables, we were told they didn't have all of them because the tables hadn't come back from the previous rental. They did offer to substitute with the non folding tables but I purposely did not order those. We also ordered 3 - 12" high tables as end tables for guests with mobility issues to be able to sit and place their drinks and food on a table at the level of a regular chair. These table tops were old worn plywood with big bolts in the centre , but no one I spoke to when placing the order suggested that we get table covers for those tables and last minute we had to run to the dollar store to get something to cover them with. We did order table covers for the tall cocktail tables but all the covers we ordered in red and white, were badly stained. When my staff went back to get clean replacements she was told that they "weren't that bad" as if stained table covers were acceptable. At this time they could only supply us with black covers. This is terrible customer service and product. I gave them one star for at least offering to get us replacement tables for the tall folding cocktail tables.

With 4 days until our wedding we discovered our original rental agreement for chairs (from another company) had canceled. The Party Shoppe, and specifically owner, Jamie pulled through. He (Jamie) was courteous, genuine and accommodating. They made it happen and we got our chairs on time for the occasion. Thank you does not justify the gratitude we have for Jamie and The Party Shoppe. Highly recommended!
