Party Max saved the day. I purchased $50 worth of balloons from a local big box winter tire store for my granddaughters birthday party. They were deflated, popped and falling to the ground 3 hrs before the party. The store offered to reimburse the 2 weights (didn’t actually need them) and suggested I call their customer relations dept. I stopped at Party Max and the staff member was so accommodating, did up some balloons right way. They were 100% nicer and actually less expensive. I won’t go anywhere else now. Ordered aluminum balloons from a 3rd party and wanted to see if they could fill them with hellium. I was thrilled they could! The staff member Naomi was so helpful and patient in explaining the process and pricing of the hellium based on size etc. She was straight forward in letting me know the risks ( could pop, she can't guarantee the third parties quality)all in all everything worked out and her customer service was awesome. I would definitely reccomend .
