Was at this store last night just before closing. The staff member was absolutely amazing! I was looking for some specific items for a baby shower that the store did not have but she came up with some great alternative ideas! I was pleasantly surprised at all the stock they had. I over heard her talking to other customers about an item that just came in stock that n other store in the area has and people were thrilled as it was in high demand! I will definately be back!

Terrible experience with management at this store. I ordered balloons for my sisters baby shower, and upon unwrapping them at home, found the cow printed pattern to be faded or chipped. We had to remove almost all of the patterned balloons from our bundles. Called the store and manager wasn’t there, waited for a callback and didn’t get one for nearly a week. Back and forth phone calls with manager Naomi for a week or two trying to find a solution, just for her to tell me that I should’ve noticed the defects in store and asked for a replacement. When we arrived to pickup the order, they were already in bags ready to be taken to my vehicle. They did offer store credit, but i’ll never go here again. Nearly a $200 order and “nothing we can do”. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Bought balloons for my dad’s 50th and within 2 hours one was deflated. I couldn’t go back to see for a replacement because they close at 5 on Saturday. At $20 per ballon I would expect it to stay inflated longer than a couple hours. I’m beyond angry with this now. Picture attached. 2 hours apart. Never had contact with each other, didn’t touch walls or anything else, removed from bags immediately when getting home.

I am a frequent customer at party max. And I always look forward to my time there Every single time I visit the store the staff is always welcoming, friendly and helpful! The store is always clean and tidy, I can locate everything with ease. I will always go there for my party needs, and that’s quite often as a mother of 3 and a grandmother of 5!

Bought an item for a costume, but was unsure it was exactly what I needed. I asked the manager if I could return it. She told me I could, but would only receive store credit. I was fine with that. I went back two days later with the unopened item and receipt; spoke to the same manager and was told they do not give refunds. She was considerable rude too. Spoke aggressively and turned her back to me when I started explaining she was the one I talked to just days prior. Highly recommended never shopping there. Just buy from Amazon - it is cheaper there too
