Party Connection

We used Party Connections for our backyard farm wedding (125 guests) this fall which included all rentals: a large tent, tables, chairs, lighting, tent heaters (which we surprisingly didn’t need!), and linens. Party Connections was quick to provide a quote and the receptionists were always lovely to deal with. Set up and tear down was a breeze and the delivery team was amazing! Everything went so well. We used Party Connection for their “farm tables” and “fruitwood padded chairs” for our wedding last weekend. We were the last delivery on a Friday and it was clearly evident as the individuals delivering the items were essentially throwing them out of the back of the truck. The tables were in horrendous condition. They were filthy, covered in wax and scratched. Given that they’re advertised as farm tables, most people wouldn’t be using linen on these which made matters worse. In addition to the filth, the tables were extremely unsteady due to loose bolts and improper pins. When we raised our concern, we were told “oh ya, the warehouse guys takes care of cleaning and fixing them, he’s not in today though”. So admittedly, the tables were not cleaned or fixed, but they delivered them at full price regardless. We ended up having to go to a hardware store to buy proper bolts WITH nuts to secure the tables properly. Not exactly how you want to spend the night prior to your wedding. We did reach out to Joe and received no response. Special Occasions has farm tables for $50, I recommend you look there and avoid this place for your rental needs.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR ALL YOUR PARTY RENTAL NEEDS! Party Connections worked so well, with quick responsive messages, to bring my wedding needs to life and make all my dreams come true. We rented chairs, tent, coffee makers, tables and linens to be used for our private venue wedding of over 115 people. All rentals were in great condition and looked beautiful for the big day! I used Party Connections for my backyard wedding celebration and rented: tent, speakers, chairs, tables, lights, dance floor, chafing dishes, cutlery, plates and drink coolers (basically everything I needed for the wedding). Joseph came to my house the summer before to measure out the space to ensure the tent would fit. Throughout the process, Party Connections was extremely flexible and communicative (up until their busy season, which is totally understandable). As a bride planning 100% of her own wedding with zero experience, I was anxious about set up and what the tent would look like, as well as the tables and chairs. All of my anxieties were diminished when the set-up crew came. The four guys (sorry I didn't get their names!) that came to set up were super kind and did an incredible job with EVERYTHING. It was a 30+ degree day and they set up the tent, lights and moved all of our tables + chairs without shade for the most part in under 4 hours. For anyone who is planning their own event and curious about the quality of Party Connection rentals, you do NOT need to be concerned. I had multiple guests tell me that this was one of the best weddings they've been to and how professional the tent, lights, tables etc, were. Thank you Joseph and team!

What a great experience with Party Connection! We rented a tent, tables, chairs and a bar for this past weekend in celebration of my graduation party. Not only was it set up in a timely fashion, but we had also recieved so many compliments on it. Great, friendly staff that was able to meet and exceed our expectations.
