Had an extremely unfair and unpleasant call today with this company. Simply because my friends car was impounded the woman over the phone was extremely rude when we were asking questions. Could not be bothered to help us out what. So. Ever. Don't know their name but sounded like a very old woman.

Very disappointed in Parkway Towing. I had my car towed via CAA, who subcontracts through Parkway Towing. Well, after one of the worst nights of my life, I had to get my car towed from Niagara Falls to St. Catharines late at night. I originally thought it would be best to tow it to the dealership, cause I thought the tire was flat from a puncture and they’d patch it for me. Instead, upon the Parkway Towing person arriving, he advised it was a bent rim and I changed my mind to tow it to the auto shop that typically stores my tires each year so they could replace my rim. Well, this Parkway Towing operator had a mini tantrum over my changing of the location to where it’s towed. He said he’s only paid per km to the original destination he’s given, and that I’d be required to cancel the call with CAA and wait for another truck (I’d just waited 30-60 mins on the side of the road for him). Keep in mind, there is only a 4.2km difference between the above 2 locations. He whined and complained for 5-10 minutes, saying “he got out of bed for this” and now he wasn’t going to be paid for the extra distance while on the phone with the CAA dispatcher. He was very rude and argumentative. I paid him an extra $20 cash to try to compensate the whiner for his troubles. As he’s unloading my car at the auto shop, it was angled such that the bottom of my bumper scraped across the bottom of his truck. I have photos of the damage. When I tried to say ‘stop’ as I could see he was about to scrape my car, he ignored me and kept going. He exited my car, I said omg you scraped my car, I asked you to stop. He shrugged and said “oh well, they are designed for that” then handed me the keys and drove away. Absolutely terrible service and this individual has one of the worst attitudes. He’d be fired in a minute if it was my business he worked for. 0/10 do not recommend Edit to include make and model of my car: 2021 Lexus IS300

Received a 130km tow from "Flat Bed Mike". What a great human being. Made the experience reall positive. Great ambassador for the company and the industry. Made us feel comfortable and at ease throughout the experience. Definately recommend. 👍 🌟

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a fantastic experience with Parkway Towing! They moved a large shipping container for me today, and the tow truck driver, Chris, was a lifesaver. He arrived on time and was incredibly knowledgeable, handling the job with expertise and precision. Everything went smoothly without any issues. I highly recommend Parkway Towing, and if you can request Chris, do it! He’s a standup guy who truly knows his stuff. Thank you for the excellent service!
