Jeremy built us an ADU for my mother-in-law and we are so incredibly happy with his work. He was professional, communicative and easy to work with. We were actually taken aback with how smooth and enjoyable the entire project was. He didn't leave a single detail unaddressed and made us feel like our project was always his top priority. This is our third project by Jeremy and The Innovative Group. We had 2 small bedrooms and bathroom converted into a Master Bedroom with ensuite and walk in closet, requiring removing a load bearing wall and adding a beam, plumbing, hvac, electrical, insulation, drywall, flooring, tile,paint and new windows. Jeremy and his whole team of skilled professionals were amazing from start to finish with work ethics that are rarely seen! They were totally honest, respectful of our home while we were living there, provided a detailed payment plan, on budget, kept the work area as clean as possible and explained every step, making sure we were happy with everything. The finished project is more than we hoped for and we couldn't possibly be happier! After purchasing a home, I planned a large interior renovation that included a complete overhaul of the kitchen and two bathrooms, new flooring, and paint throughout. I was very anxious about the selection of the right contractor as it was a huge investment for me and I am extremely happy I chose Jeremy from The Innovative Group. I had very detailed requirements and Jeremy met my needs throughout. He contracted, budgeted and managed all trades (plumbing, carpentry, tiles, flooring, paint, etc) except the kitchen cabinetry and was great at coordinating scheduling. I wasn't in the city while work was being done but I was updated on progress and brought in for inspections/approvals as needed. He is honest, detailed, dependable and a pleasure to work with. We ran into a few snags (who doesn't in a large reno) and he met the challenges with creative, effective solutions.  The project was managed within budget. I highly recommend him.

We decide to completely renovate our home including the removal of load bearing walls to open the space. We did our due diligence and contacted multiple companies including a large prestigious firm in the area. We decided to go with Jeremy because of easy going demeanor and we felt he would personally be on site more than a large company running multiple teams. We couldn't have been happier with the decision. Jeremy was on site most of the time managing the project and supervising the trades. He paid attention to every detail and ran a clean, organized and stress free workplace. We certainly ran into our far share of surprises, challenges, and problems as we went along but I think that is inevitable on any sizable job. The nice part was that anytime we did encounter an issue, Jeremy made us feel like it was his challenge, not our problem. Jeremy stuck closely to his budget (me - not so much, and my wife not even close....). Overall we are very happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Innovative Group to anyone.
