Parkview Place

I fell down the stairs due to negligence by the "general manager" Robert. He is a rude, agressive little man. 0/10 do not move in. There are literally nails in the carpet.

I had been living at 137 Ontario st. Parkview Place for over 2 years now under the old landlord. Unfortunately he was required to retire and the new replacement General Manager "Robert" has been incredibly rude and dangerously irresponsible. Since his recent takeover, myself and other tenants have had nothing but problems including accidents involving waxed floors, unsafe lighting in the stairwells, repair requests unanswered and general lack of communication. He tried to break into my apartment without 24 hour notice and luckily I happened to be there at the time. He then tried to force his way into my apartment and demanded my eviction by midnight, threatening to charge me for extra fees and threatening my credit. He was incredibly rude, calling me a "slob" as the excuse for not getting any repairs done (over a years worth of damage) and aggressively shouted at me in the hallway (the neighbors could hear). I am incredibly disappointed that leaving Parkview Place had to end on such a terrible note, but I am shocked by the treatment I have received in the past few weeks. For the sake of new tenants I hope this message reaches you well, be warned.
