Parents' Peace of Mind

After over 3 years of my children attending this centre, my youngest graduated preschool today. Over 3 years of our family attending this daycare almost every single day. I cannot express how amazing the staff are. They were there for my family not only as childcare providers, but as friends and supporters. They were there for some of the hardest days of my life. They never failed to show up for us and have genuine care and concern. They have all always had my kids best interest at heart and always showed up for me as well. There are some days I personally faced as a parent that have been the hardest and most draining days of my life and Brittany, Jenna and Olivia were able to ground me and show me the love, support and care I needed to be okay. Also one of the scariest days of my life Justine and Allie were there for me and showed so much care and support. I’ve had my kids in all rooms; infant, jr. Toddler, sr. Toddler and preschool. All of the staff members have been absolutely amazing and are very quick to make adjustments and accommodations that were needed for my children specifically. They never overlooked any concerns or fears I had and always worked with me to make sure that my children had all of the support they needed. I cannot thank everyone enough for the last 3 years and I will genuinely miss seeing everybody and chit chatting. The point of my long review is to highlight that it’s not only a great daycare with adequate staff, but a place that will always have your children’s best interests at heart. A place that your children will receive love and cuddles and endless laughs. A place where the staff don’t just clock in and out, but build genuine bonds and connections with the children. This daycare is more than just a centre, it’s like a very big (and loud) family. There is no daycare I would ever trust or be comfortable with more than this one. I’ve seen these care providers cry over children leaving because of how strong the bond is or crying when a child has an accident because they can’t stand to see them hurt or upset. These providers will love and care for your children, as if they were their own. Thank you all for everything, my family appreciates you all more than you’ll ever know!

We have had such a wonderful experience with Parents Peace of Mind daycare on St. Paul West! Our daughter attended for three years before starting school, and now our son has been there for the past four months. We couldn't be happier with the care and attention they receive. The staff are incredibly responsible, friendly, and genuinely great educators. Their communication with parents is exceptional, and we always feel informed and involved. One of the things I love most is the app they use, it provides daily updates, the menu, nap schedules, and even photos, which is such a nice touch during the day. Both of our kids have loved their teachers, and it’s clear how much the staff care about the children. I leave every morning feeling confident that they are safe, happy, and well cared for. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a nurturing, organized, and professional daycare!

I can’t say enough about the Merritt street ladies! They were my daughters first daycare and made the entire experience so awesome! Everyone in the centre is amazing but the infant room ladies were so helpful and friendly! These ladies helped my daughter learn to walk and so many other milestones that we are so thankful for! Highly recommend this daycare and all the staff here. I was very comfortable leaving my infant with them and knowing she would be well cared for. We miss them so much!!

*344 merrit Street location. Most of the teachers here, with the exception of a couple, are stuck up and very unfriendly. They don't do activities with the kids they just sit around doing nothing while the kids play. BRANDY especially and RACHEL look like they have no interest in kids whatsoever. Im not even sure how either of them got hired. RACHEL is super rude and acts like its a chore to speak to you when you have questions about your child. But the worst is MEGHAN. MEGHAN has a habit of sticking her nose in your personal business and gossiping about it. My daughter had to be pulled out of that Daycare because of her. Please do not bring your children to this daycare. It is not a good daycare they do not care about the kids at all. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your child care.

Parents Peace of Mind St.Paul ladies, I hope you all know what wonderful ECEs you all are. My family and I sure do, and we appreciate it more than words can say. Finding the right daycare is simply quite challenging. As a mom of two boys and someone who works in childcare, I can relate. I know not everyday is easy and some are more challenging than others, yet you all still have smiles on your faces and share a positive part of the day to me. It truly means a lot! Part of being an ECE is providing a stimulating, caring, inclusive, safe, and clean environment for the children. The ladies at PPOM have never shown us otherwise. My son comes home talking about his day with such joy! Whenever I specifically ask him about his day, he always tells me about the part Mrs. Breanne was apart of. Breanne is the supervisor and one of the most genuine people we have met and the reason why we went with PPOM. She takes time out of the day to say hi and my whole family has connected with her well. She has always been and continues to be respectful and honest to my family. When selecting a daycare you pay attention to all details, especially to how staff interacts with your child. You want to feel that they are loved, well cared for and safe. There has never been a time in the last 2 years that we have ever doubted these ladies. All of their committed, nurturing and loving personalities shine through in my children’s happiness and development. Vanessa and her teaching partners have been truly amazing. Moving to the large preschool room was not an easy transition for my son. Within a few days he was looking forward to going to ‘school’. I really want to thank them for being extremely patient, encouraging and supportive, also to me, in his potty training transition. These ladies are professionals and I wouldn’t doubt their abilities for a second. ALL of PPOM staff, thank you so much for your dedication, patience, creativity and love for my boys!
