We tried Samosa, Luckhnavi, and Mutton keema paratha. The food was fantastic overall, and the staff was super friendly. Vasvi suggested the Mutton keema paratha, and it did not disappoint. If you're heading to Niagara Falls, make sure to stop by for some real north Indian cuisine. Thanks!

Visited this place around 5pm on a Sunday. It wasn’t packed but there were a few tables that were filled. Had to wait a couple of minutes until a server arrived and showed us where we could sit. Took 5 minutes for someone to attend us. And mind you, it wasn’t very busy. Lavi took our order. He was very well spoken and suggested a few items as well. Almost took half an hour for our food to arrive. Everyone seemed quite busy even though there weren’t many customers. Music was loud and the speaker wasn’t working properly. It had a weird static sound. Food was delicious and the ambience was good. All I want to say is this place is poorly managed. Shouldn’t take this long for food to arrive and I do understand its none of the server’s fault and the kitchen staff is responsible for this. Food - 5 Ambience- 4.5 Service- 3 And it was hard to find a parking spot on the road. Thank you.

We ordered Pani Puri and two stuffed parathas. One of the parathas (tandoori chicken, I believe) was extremely oily and overly spicy to the point that it was hard to eat. The Pani Puri itself was disappointing. The pani puri water was not sufficient for the number of puris served. The stuffing was neither authentic nor enough, and the overall portion size was very small considering the price. When we asked if a pani refill was available, we were told there would be an extra charge. We were okay with paying an additional amount, (of course we understand and respect that nothing comes free) assuming it would be reasonable (around $2–$3 extra). However, the price they asked us to pay was an extra $6–$7, which felt excessive. Usually this is something many places offer as a courtesy, especially when the initial quantity is not sufficient. Paying that amount just to finish the remaining two or three puris did not feel worth it at all. Given the price, quantity, and overall experience, it was disappointing.

Absolutely terrible experience at Paratha Vali Gali. From start to finish, this place was a complete disaster. The service was painfully slow—waiting forever with no communication or updates. Staff were just smashing orders around with zero professionalism, clearly overwhelmed and careless. The restaurant was busy, but that only exposed how badly managed this place is. They have absolutely no idea how to manage crowd flow or run operations. No system, no coordination—just chaos everywhere. When the food finally arrived, it did not meet expectations at all and to make it worse, it was served without proper cutlery—actually, no cutlery at all. This wasn’t just our table. Every table around us was facing the same issue. Customers were literally chasing servers for cutlery. That is beyond unacceptable. When we complained, instead of understanding or fixing the issue, they simply replaced the food with the same problems again, showing complete disregard for customer feedback. Even the tea came without sugar have to walk to the desk for pouches of sugars. The washroom experience matched the rest of the place—cold water in chilly winters what else The only thing that arrived quickly was the bill, which came in the blink of an eye. Clearly, they know how to move fast when it comes to taking money, just not when it comes to service or food quality. Overall: horrible staff attitude, terrible management, endless waiting, cold food, zero cutlery, and no customer care. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration. Never coming back!!!

Absolutely loved it! We tried the Gobi Prantha and it was delicious — soft, perfectly cooked, and full of flavour with great spices. The portions were generous and everything felt fresh and homemade. The staff were friendly and the vibe was casual and welcoming. Great spot if you’re craving tasty Indian pranthas in Niagara Falls!
