I came here late at night at 2am and they were still open until 3 am. Friendly and great customer service. Food quality was amazing. The employee named “Meet”’was very helpful and friendly.

Always great service and quality food. The staff is friendly and always do a great job with our custom order. Whether we order ahead of time online, or walk in, service is fast. We always get the BBQ chicken pizza and we definitely recommend it!

Very Disappointed – Burnt Pizza & Rude Service I ordered Papa John’s through Uber Eats for my kids’ dinner, and what we got was a completely overcooked, burnt pizza that looked and tasted like it had just been reheated from earlier in the day. My kids couldn’t even eat it—it was that bad. I called the store directly to resolve the issue, but the experience just got worse. The manager was incredibly rude and dismissive. He kept insisting it was just “crispy” and wouldn’t even let me finish explaining. Then he abruptly passed the call to someone else who couldn’t speak clear English and couldn’t walk us through how to get a refund. The whole interaction was frustrating and unprofessional. We’ve been regular customers, but this was extremely disappointing. Between the burnt food and the terrible customer service, we’re done. Never ordering from here again.

Delicious Pizza & Excellent Service – A Must-Visit! Stopped by Papa John’s on a Monday night and had a fantastic experience! The customer service was outstanding—the staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We ordered a vegetarian pizza, and it was not only delicious but also very reasonably priced. Honestly, it was better than some high-end pizza places we’ve tried! The location is perfect, right beside our motel, making it super convenient. Plus, they’re open late, which was great for us. A large pizza for just $16 is an absolute steal! I’ll definitely be coming back whenever I visit Niagara Falls. Highly recommended!
