wait time for PRE-BOOKED APPOINTMENTS is absurd. waiting over an hour to even get in a room is not okay. time management is not just lacking it’s non existent here. they’re definitely over booking and it’s not fair to those who are waiting over an hour to be seen.

posting this as I sit in the lobby waiting for my 10:45am appointment and it’s currently 11:48am. nice people, but zero time management. the secretary is super sweet, absolutely love her!

I wish doctors cared more and us patients had more time to explain instead of feeling rushed

All these 4 & 5 stars must be Patience getting narcotic prescriptions & selling them. I know a couple that do that

Dr. Paolone is an outstanding practitioner who is second to none. He truly cares about his patients and has been my doctor for over 34 years. He's a perfect 10 in my books. ☺
